Andrea Mandel-Campbell is Senior Vice-President, Financial and Crisis Communications, in National’s Toronto office. She brings a breadth of experience, including as a consultant to senior executives, Vice-President of Communications for Kinross Gold, as an advisor to a federal cabinet minister, television anchor, and a correspondent for the Financial Times of London, as well as being the best-selling author of iconic Canadian business book, ‘Why Mexicans Don’t Drink Molson.’
Andrea’s unique mix of consulting, corporate, political and media experience in Canada and internationally, sets her apart as a trusted advisor in complex and high stakes situations. Working across a number of sectors, supporting large cap firms, private companies, trade associations and regulators, Andrea provides strategic counsel in the areas of reputation and crisis management, litigation, M&A, investor relations and activist situations, among others.
Prior to joining National, Andrea was a Senior Vice-President at a New-York-based global CEO advisory firm and is a former anchor with CTV’s Business News Network. She currently sits on the board of the Canadian Club of Toronto.
